Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Feline Pixels order – every item is made just for you.
However, since all of our products are custom-made upon order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.
Non-Returnable Items
As all items are created individually for each order, they fall under the category of “custom-made goods” and are therefore excluded from the general EU right of withdrawal (according to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
This means that we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged.
Damaged or defective items
If something went wrong with your order – like a misprint, damage, or receiving the wrong item – don’t worry. Just reach out, and we’ll help make it right.

Return Address
Please contact us before sending anything back – returns without prior approval cannot be accepted. Return instructions will be provided if applicable. In most cases, returns are handled directly by our fulfillment partner.
Under applicable consumer protection laws, customers normally have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days without giving a reason.
However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order – i.e. produced individually after the purchase has been completed (Article 16(c) Directive 2011/83/EU).
As all Feline Pixels items are printed specifically for you after you place your order, this legal exception applies to all items in our store.
