Where do you ship to ?
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.
From Lisbon to Berlin, Paris to Prague, we bring feline charm to your doorstep across Europe.
How much is shipping?
To keep our pricing clear and transparent, we use a flat-rate tracked shipping model.
Shipping costs are €3.90 per order, plus €1.50 for each additional item in the same order.
All orders are shipped with tracking to ensure reliable delivery and visibility throughout the shipping process.
How long does shipping take ?
All items are made to order with care, so production takes a few days before shipment.
Average delivery times, including production, are:
• Latvia, Netherlands → 4–11 days
• Belgium, France, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy → 5–12 days
• Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Estonia → 5–13 days
• Croatia, Hungary, Sweden, Poland, Malta, Cyprus → 6–14 days
• Bulgaria, Romania, Greece → 7–15 days
